The initial consultation is where your vision begins to take shape. During this meeting, we take time to understand your project goals, design preferences, and overall vision, while also discussing key considerations such as budget, timeline, and scope.

Architecture & Design

Whether you come to us with fully developed plans or just the early stages of an idea, we’re equipped to support your project. We can work efficiently from your existing architectural drawings and design packages, or develop custom concepts and detailed plans tailored specifically to your vision, lifestyle, and requirements.

Estimate & Contract

We provide clear and straightforward options when it comes to project estimates and contracts. A detailed written estimate is prepared based on your project scope, outlining costs, materials, and key considerations. From there, we develop a formal contract that clearly defines the scope of work, timelines, and expectations.

Project Implementation

As your project moves into implementation, we focus on ensuring a smooth transition into construction. During the early stages, we can provide tours of completed projects so you can experience the quality of our work firsthand. Once you’re ready to move forward, a deposit is secured to initiate the project.
